At Rivky Wigs, we understand that receiving your new wig promptly and in perfect condition is important to you. We offer several shipping options to suit your needs, whether you are local to New Jersey or ordering from across the globe.

1. Free Standard Shipping

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $500. Orders under $500 ship for a flat rate of $12.95. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your wig arrives in pristine condition.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

2. Same-Day Local Delivery

For our New Jersey customers, we offer same-day delivery powered by Uber Direct to the following areas:

  • Lakewood (08701)
  • Toms River (08753, 08755, 08757)
  • Jackson (08527)

Local delivery is available for a flat fee of $9.99. Orders over $500 qualify for free local delivery.

3. Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is available nationwide via trusted carriers. Typical delivery times:

  • Continental US: 3–5 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–7 business days
  • Order processing: 1–2 business days before shipment

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

4. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing
  • Full tracking is provided for all international shipments
  • Some destinations may have restrictions on certain hair products — please contact us before ordering if you are unsure

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. For local deliveries, you will receive SMS updates with your driver's location and estimated arrival time.

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

6. Packaging & Handling

Every wig is packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Your wig will be placed in a protective box with tissue paper and a complimentary wig cap, then shipped in a discreet outer box with no branding visible for your privacy.

7. Shipping Issues

If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you experience any other shipping issue, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Damaged in transit — we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
  • Lost packages — we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund
  • Wrong item received — we will arrange a prepaid return label and send the correct item
