Custom and built-to-order wigs are non-refundable once production has begun, as they are made specifically to your measurements and specifications. However, if there is a defect or quality issue, we will absolutely make it right. We encourage you to book a consultation before placing a custom order to ensure you are completely satisfied with your selections.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

You will see a live preview of your selections and a running price total. Once you are happy with your design, add it to your cart and check out.

Custom wig production typically takes 2–6 weeks depending on the complexity of your order and current demand. We will keep you informed throughout the process and notify you as soon as your wig is ready to ship.

Custom wigs start at $2,500, with the final price depending on your selected options (base type, hair texture, length, color, cap size, and extras). You will see the exact price as you build your wig in our customizer.

For human hair wigs, yes — you can use heat tools on a low to medium setting. We recommend always using a heat protectant spray. For synthetic wigs, avoid heat tools unless the wig is specifically labeled as heat-friendly. Excessive heat can permanently damage synthetic fibers.

During your consultation, one of our wig specialists will discuss your preferences, lifestyle, and desired look. We will help you choose the perfect style, color, length, and cap size. For in-store consultations, you will have the opportunity to try on samples. There is no obligation to purchase.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment from your account page. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the slot to another client.
